Pole Elevation Studios offers Pole, Aerial and Reformer Pilates fitness classes based in Coventry, across two venues.

Our aim is to promote body positivity, by focussing on what the body can do and not how we look.

Pole Fitness

Pole fitness is a great all-over body workout and you’ll have so much fun doing it, that you’ll forget you’re actually working out! You’ll gain flexibility, build muscle and tone-up whilst gaining confidence and making new friends along the way!

Aerial Hoop & Silks

Aerial Hoop is a steel ring wrapped in specialist grip tape and suspended from our rigging over large crash mats. You can create shapes and sequences within the hoop or above on the above straps.

Aerial Silks is a specialist length of material suspended from the rigging which enables you to climb, create shapes and sequences whilst being suspended off theground.

Bungee Fitness


Bungee Fitness is a high intensity, but low impact workout, meaning that it’s suitable for a larger range of people. All exercises will be done in a bungee, which offers low impact on landing (easier on joints) allowing a higher cardio workout whilst lowering the risk of  injury.

Reformer is a low impact but high intensity workout. Each class will challenge you in a different way, whether you’re recovering from an injury orwanting to improve on strength, endurance, flexibility orjust want to feel the burn.

FAQ's

What should I wear to a pole class?

We recommend you wear Vest top/T-shirt and Shorts as you’ll need skin to grip the pole, ifyou’re not comfortable in shorts then leggings are fine for the 1 st couple of weeks. (Please don’t moisturise your legs, as this will make you slip).

As an older male, with limited background in fitness and sports, I was pretty cautious and nervous trying pole for the first time. But the team at Pole Elevation were incredibly welcoming, inclusive and versatile in how they could adapt their lessons to suit everyone’s background and skillset. 15 months later, I’m hooked! I’m in the best shape of my life, learning tricks I had no idea I was capable of, and looking forward to a colourful future performing and more. Huge thanks, Pole Elevation.

Pole elevation is a fun form of exercise. It is inclusive and adaptive to every body type I go to 3 separate classes here, Aeriel hoop, heels and pole dance. There’s a class for everyone. My kids even go to Aeriel hoop classes here!The confidence I have gained   and here the support you get from the instructors and other class members is amazing! Love it here and you will have fun and get fit at the same time.
