Aerial hoop is a steel ring wrapped in specialist grip tape and suspended from our rigging over large crash mats. You can create shapes and sequences within the hoop or above on the above straps.
Aerial Silks is a specialist length of material suspended from the rigging which enables you to climb, create shapes and sequences whilst suspended off theground over crash mats. Qualified, experienced instructors will be on hand to guide you through the steps.

We have two annual showcases where our kids showcase what they have learnt in our sessions by creating a routine to show family and friends.
We run classes on Wednesday's 5-6pm and Saturdays 12pm.
