What should I wear to a pole class?

We recommend you wear a vest top or t-shirt and shorts as you’ll need skin to grip the pole, if you’re not comfortable in shorts then leggings are fine for the 1 st couple of weeks. (Please don’t moisturise your legs, as this will make you slip).

What should I wear to an Aerial class?

It’s best to weara  t-shirt or long sleeve top, with leggings to protect the back of your legs from friction.

What should I wear to a Bungee class?

As you are working in a harness, we advise that you wear a couple of layers as the harness can be tough on your skin with certain moves.

Do I need to get fit before I start?

There are no fitness requirements to start any of our sessions.

I am very nervous about coming to a class, can I come and watch a class before to see what it’s like?

For the comfort and safety of our students this is not something we offer, however we do offer 1:1 sessions which can act as a taster session, where there is no obligation to continue.

Is there parking at the studio?

We have free on-site parking at our Warriors World studio, but not at our city centre venue, unfortunately. However, parking is avaialble at Bishop street car park, just around the corner for a small fee.

Do you offer monthly packages?

Yes, we offer various packages which range from 1 session per week to unlimited membership.

Are there any changing rooms?

There are dedicated changing/shower rooms at our Warriors World studio. However there is no changing facilities at our city centre studio, but there are toilet facilities available where you can get changed.
