Bungee Fitness

Bungee Fitness is a high intensity, but low impact workout, meaning that it’s suitable for a larger range of people. All exercises will be done in a bungee, which offers low impact on landing (easier on joints) allowing a higher cardio workout, lowering the risk of  injury.

We also offer bungee dance, bungee private sessions and even bungee parties which is a fun game exercise session.
