Hi I’m Amanda, I love anything upside down! I started pole in 2010 as I didn’t enjoy going to the gym and wanted to find an alternative way to keep fit. I was a little worried to start at first, as I have no dance or gymnastic background, but I instantly fell in love. My favourite disciple is Pole followed by Aerial Hoop, I love the endless combinations and the physical strength you build without even realising.
I am qualified in Pole, Aerial Hoop, Children’s Pole and Aerial, Bungee fitness, Reformer Pilates, First Aid and Enhanced DBS checked.
I have been teaching for 13 years and decided to open Pole Elevation in 2016 to create a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment for people to have “their time” to escape the realities of day to day living.
Nothing makes me smile more than to see and hear people enjoying their time at our studios, I am continuously thinking of ideas to make Pole Elevation better and inclusive for everyone!
