Pole fitness is a great all over body workout and you’ll have so much fun learning each move that you’ll forget you’re actually working out. You’ll gain flexibility, build muscle, tone up whilst gaining confidence and make new friends along the way as you are guided step by step by our dedicated, qualified and fully insured friendly instructors.
We have crash mats for safety, lots of poles with a maximum of 2 people per pole, our poles are Hypo-allergenic and come in both spin and static in 2 different thickness in sizes.
Our pole instructors have excellent knowledge, ready to provide you with the best possible experience.
Some of our students perform in our in-house annual showcase where friends and family are able to come and watch, whilst others even compete in various competitions all over the UK.
We have different levels available:
For those who have little or no pole training experience.
for those who are able to complete the required moves from our beginner syllabus, your instructor will advise you when you are ready to progress into an intermediate class.
for those who are able to complete the required moves from our Intermediate syllabus, your instructor will advise you when you are ready to progress into an intermediate class.
Once you have completed a minimum of 6 weeks in a beginner class you can then attend Pole Flow or 12 weeks for Pole in heels classes.
